สำนักวิชาการศึกษาทั่วไปและนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ดำเนินการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชา GEN0103 สังคมไทยในบริบทโลก (e-Learning)โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก อาจารย์กฤติกา ผลเกิด อาจารย์ผู้สอนได้นำเสนอถึง การบริหารหน่วยงานทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพนั้น จำเป็นต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือของบุคลากรทุกฝ่าย การประชุมจึงเป็นกลไกในการบริหารงาน วางแผนงาน มอบนโยบายติดตามการดำเนินงาน โดยมีรายงานการประชุมเป็นเครื่องมือบันทึกสาระของ การประชุมอย่างเป็นทางการ ผู้เรียบเรียงรายงานการประชุมจึงควรมีความรู้ด้านการใช้ภาษา เข้าใจรูปแบบของรายงานการประชุม และสามารถถ่ายทอดภาษาพูดเป็นภาษาเขียนอย่างเป็นทางการ
