สบยช. เตือนกัญชาใช้ผิดเสี่ยงเกิดอาการทางจิต กรมการแพทย์ โดยสถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนี (สบยช.) เตือนการนำกัญชาไปใช้ในทางที่ผิด ระวังผลต่อสุขภาพ เสี่ยงเกิดอาการทางจิต พร้อมแนะนำผู้ปกครองหมั่นสังเกตพฤติกรรมบุตรหลานหรือคนใกล้ชิด หากพบมีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต้องรีบพูดคุย หากมีอาการหลังจากใช้กัญชาให้รีบปรึกษาแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลใกล้บ้าน นายแพทย์มานัส โพธาภรณ์ รองอธิบดีกรมการแพทย์ กล่าวว่า ตั้งแต่วันที่ 9 มิถุนายน 2565 กัญชาและกัญชง ถูกปลดล็อก ไม่จัดเป็นยาเสพติดให้โทษในประเภท 5 อีกต่อไป แต่ในส่วนของสารสกัดจากทุกส่วนของพืชกัญชา หรือกัญชง ยังเป็นยาเสพติดในประเภท 5 ยกเว้นสารสกัดที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ผลิตในประเทศ และมีสาร THC ไม่เกิน 0.2 % เฉพาะที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้สกัดจากพืชกัญชา หรือกัญชงที่ปลูกภายในประเทศ เนื่องจากสาร THC เป็นสารเสพติด หากใช้ขนาดสูงเป็นประจำจะทำให้เกิดภาวะดื้อต่อสาร ทำให้ต้องมีการเพิ่มขนาดเพื่อจะให้ได้ผลเท่าเดิมและเกิดการติดได้ นอกจากนี้ยังห้ามนำเข้าพืชกัญชาและกัญชง ยกเว้นเมล็ดพันธุ์ ซึ่งหลังจากนี้อาจทำให้กลุ่มวัยรุ่นรวมถึงประชาชนทั่วไปให้ความสนใจ บางกลุ่มอาจมีการนำกัญชาไปใช้ในทางที่ผิดเป็นเรื่องที่น่าเป็นห่วง การออกฤทธิ์ของกัญชาในระยะแรกจะออกฤทธิ์กระตุ้นประสาท ทำให้ผู้ใช้ตื่นตัว ตื่นเต้น ร่าเริง หัวเราะง่าย ช่างพูด พูดคนเดียว ยิ้มคนเดียว ไม่หลับไม่นอนเมื่อเวลาผ่านไป 1-2 ชั่วโมง จะเริ่มออกฤทธิ์กดประสาท ทำให้มีอาการคล้ายกับเมาเหล้า หน้าแดง ลิ้นไก่พันกัน พูดไม่ค่อยรู้เรื่อง เซื่องซึม ง่วงนอนตลอดเวลา ถ้าใช้ในปริมาณมาก จะทำให้เกิดภาพลวงตา ควบคุมตัวเองไม่ได้ เมื่อหมดฤทธิ์จะทำให้ผู้ใช้ มีอารมณ์อ่อนไหว เลื่อนลอย สมองสั่งงานช้า ไม่สนใจสิ่งแวดล้อม ใจสั่น หูแว่ว ดังนั้นผู้ใช้กัญชาจึงไม่ควรขับขี่ยานพาหนะอาจเป็นสาเหตุของการเกิดอุบัติเหตุบนท้องถนนได้ ทั้งนี้ในกลุ่มเยาวชนอายุน้อยกว่า 25 ปี กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุควรใช้กัญชาด้วยความระมัดระวัง และห้ามใช้ในผู้ที่มีอาการโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือดขั้นรุนแรงหรือไม่สามารถควบคุมอาการได้ ผู้ที่มีประวัติความผิดปกติทางจิตเวช รวมถึง สตรีมีครรภ์และให้นมบุตร นายแพทย์สรายุทธ์ บุญชัยพานิชวัฒนา ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนี (สบยช.) กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า แม้ว่ากัญชาจะมีประโยชน์ทั้งในทางการแพทย์ รวมไปถึงการนำสาระสำคัญในกัญชาไปต่อยอดเพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าในผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพต่างๆ ทั้งอาหาร ยา เครื่องสำอาง สมุนไพรและอื่น ๆ หรือแม้กระทั่งปลูก เพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ในครัวเรือน เหมือนพืชสมุนไพรประจำบ้าน นำมารักษาสุขภาพตนเองและครอบครัว สร้างรายได้กับผู้ปลูก แต่หากมีการนำไปใช้ในทางที่ผิด อาจทำให้เกิดผลเสียต่อร่างกาย ทำให้อ่อนเพลีย น้ำหนักตัวลดลง เกิดโรคต่าง ๆ ได้ง่าย ร่างกายเสื่อมโทรม ไม่สามารถทำงานได้ ความคิดและการตัดสินใจเสื่อมถอย นอกจากนี้ยังทำลายระบบภูมิคุ้มกันของร่างกาย ผู้ที่ใช้กัญชาในปริมาณมาก อาจจะทำให้เป็นโรคจิต เกิดอาการ วิตกกังวล หวาดระแวง เลื่อนลอย สับสน ฟั่นเฟือน ประสาทหลอน ไม่สามารถควบคุมตัวเองได้ เตือนพ่อแม่ ผู้ปกครอง หมั่นสังเกตุพฤติกรรมของบุตรหลาน และคนในครอบครัว หากพบมีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการนำกัญชาไปใช้ในทางที่ผิดให้รีบพูดคุย บอกกล่าวถึงผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพร่างกายที่จะตามมา รวมถึงปัญหาการเสพติด ให้รีบพาไปปรึกษาแพทย์ที่โรงพยาบาลใกล้บ้าน หรือเข้ารับการบำบัดรักษาได้ที่ สถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนี (สบยช.) กรมการแพทย์ จังหวัดปทุมธานี และโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ในส่วนภูมิภาคทั้ง 6 แห่ง ได้แก่ โรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์เชียงใหม่ โรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์แม่ฮ่องสอน โรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ขอนแก่น โรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์อุดรธานีโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์สงขลา และโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ปัตตานี หรือขอรับคำปรึกษาเรื่องยาและสารเสพติดได้ที่สายด่วนยาเสพติด 1165 สอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ www.pmnidat.go.th
