“อสมท แหล่งเรียนรู้ประสบการณ์ที่หลากหลาย ผ่านการนำทักษะด้านภาษาไทยมาประยุกต์ใช้อย่างสร้างสรรค์”

วันที่ 3 ตุลาคม 2566อาจารย์กฤติกา ผลเกิด ได้นิเทศและติดตามการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษา ณ บริษัท อสมท จำกัด (มหาชน) ทั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากคุณชัยนันต์ สันติวาสะ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายสื่อสารภาพลักษณ์องค์กร และพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของนักศึกษาทั้ง 3 ฝ่ายงาน ได้แก่ ฝ่ายสื่อสารภาพลักษณ์องค์กร ฝ่ายบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และฝ่ายกลยุทธ์ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ได้เข้าร่วมให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานของนักศึกษาภายในองค์กร ซึ่งนักศึกษาได้รับมอบหมายและเรียนรู้งานอย่างหลากหลาย เช่น

ฝ่ายสื่อสารภาพลักษณ์องค์กร นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้การเขียนข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์, การจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์, งานแถลงข่าวขององค์กร, การต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานเยี่ยมชมการดำเนินงานของ อสมท, การประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร

ฝ่ายบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ส่วนบริหารงานบุคคล นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดทำเอกสารบุคลากร, ดูแลการรับสมัครนักศึกษาฝึกงานให้กับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ในการจัดหาและประชาสัมพันธ์ลงในเพจ MCOT JOB และประสานงานกับนักศึกษาฝึกงาน

ฝ่ายกลยุทธ์ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อจัดอบรมให้แก่บุคลากรในองค์กร, การวิเคราะห์ และประเมินศักยภาพบุคลากร เพื่อวางแผนพัฒนาโครงสร้างองค์กร

ทั้งนี้การฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพภาษาไทย ทำให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้และพัฒนาศักยภาพ สามารถนำความรู้ในชั้นเรียนไปประยุกต์กับการทำงาน เพื่อสร้างเสริมประสบการณ์และเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การทำงานในอนาคตต่อไปธันยาภัทร์ จึงขจรเกียรติ, อุภาวรรณ เพชรพิรุณ และสุรีวัลย์ วรรณเขจร : รายงาน
